02The services
We provide laser hair removal treatments using SHR technology with cooling, for women and for men, at our clinic in Tel Aviv. The scope of treatment, the areas, the number of treatments and the price are agreed individually with each client before the series begins.
03Suitability for treatment and the client’s responsibility
Before treatment begins you will be asked to give information about your state of health, medication you are taking, your skin type and your history of previous treatments. Giving full and accurate information is a condition of carrying out the treatment and is your responsibility.
There are situations in which the treatment cannot be carried out or must be postponed — among them pregnancy, active skin conditions in the treatment area, taking certain medication, or sun exposure and tanning close to the treatment date. The staff may decline to carry out a treatment or stop one on safety grounds.
You must follow the staff’s instructions before and after treatment. Not following them may harm both the result and the safety of the treatment.
04Treatment results
Laser hair removal is a process made up of a number of treatments. The number of treatments needed and the actual result vary from person to person according to skin type, hair colour and thickness, the area of the body, hormonal state and other factors. We do not undertake to a fixed number of treatments or to a particular result, and nothing on the site or in marketing material constitutes an undertaking as to a result.
The information on the site is general information only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for professional examination and consultation.
05Prices and payment
The binding prices are those given to you in writing when the series was agreed. Prices appearing on the site or as part of promotions are for information only, are subject to change, and are governed by the terms and the period of the promotion.
Payment is made at the time of the service, unless agreed otherwise. The accepted means of payment will be given to you when the appointment is booked.
06Series and packages — cancelling a transaction
Buying a series of treatments is a continuing transaction. Cancellation is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it:
- The transaction may be cancelled by notice in writing, by telephone or by email to the contact details in section 1.
- Where a series that has already begun is cancelled, you will be charged for the treatments actually carried out at their price as individual treatments, and the balance will be refunded to you.
- Cancellation fees, to the extent they apply, will not exceed the amount set out in the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations.
07Cancelling and moving appointments
An appointment must be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling at shorter notice, or not turning up, may incur a cancellation fee; the amount will be given to you in advance when the appointment is booked.
08Minors
Treating a minor under the age of 18 is conditional on the consent of a parent or guardian and on their presence during the medical questioning.
09Limitation of liability
Our liability on any ground arising from the use of the site or the services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and will not exceed the amount actually paid for the treatment to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage. Nothing here derogates from liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Intellectual property
All the content on the site — text, images, video, trade marks and design — is our property or is used by us under licence. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
11Privacy
The collection of information, its use and your rights in relation to it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on this page at the time of use. The date last updated appears at the top of the page.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel alone. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo District.
