Back
The most common area, for a simple reason: you cannot shave it yourself. The back is also where the difference shows fastest, because the hair there is thick and dark — and that is exactly the hair laser works best on.
Shoulders
Usually treated together with the back in the same visit, because the transition between them is continuous and the line between them is artificial. A relatively small and quick area.
Nape
The area that needs the most manual upkeep — shaving every three days to keep the line clean. With laser the line stays clean by itself between treatments.
Lower back
An area many people look for separately from the upper back. The hair there tends to be finer and more scattered, so it needs precision in choosing the wavelength. It can be treated on its own or together with the full back in the same visit, and doing both together is usually cheaper than two separate visits.
Arms and forearms
An area men usually ask to thin rather than clear completely. It is exposed to the sun almost all year, so it is worth timing it for a period when keeping the gaps without a fresh tan in between is easy.
Chest and stomach
They can be treated in full or only thinned — that is your decision and we calibrate accordingly. Many men prefer to thin rather than clear completely.
How many treatments and how long
About 12 treatments for a full series, and then occasional maintenance. The exact number depends on the area, the hair colour, the contrast against the skin tone and hormonal factors — so it is set at a dermatoscope assessment, not over the phone.

What happens at the first session
It starts with an assessment and not a treatment: we scan the skin and hair with the device’s dermatoscope, look at the contrast, and only then set the intensity. Before and after

Questions that keep coming up
Does it hurt on a back with thick hair?
Thick hair absorbs more energy, so it is felt more than fine hair. The continuous cooling does most of the work, and you can always stop. The real way to know is to feel one pass on your own skin.
Can you leave some hair rather than clear it completely?
Yes. On the chest and stomach that is the common request — to thin the density rather than remove everything. The number of treatments is simply smaller.
What does laser not do?
It reduces the amount of hair and its thickness permanently, but it does not erase hair forever. That is why we talk about occasional maintenance rather than a complete end.
From what age?
From 18 only. Younger than that, hair is still affected by hormonal change, and a result achieved too early may not hold.
