Why do I have hair on the base and the shaft of the penis? And how common is it?
It is very common and entirely natural. Hair on the base of the penis and along the shaft is present in a large share of men, and there is nothing unusual about it. In some men the hair climbs higher up the shaft — sometimes in the context of circumcision, where the shaft skin carrying the follicles sits higher on the organ. It is purely aesthetic, not a medical problem. The 360° treatment removes the hair from this area precisely, gently and completely safely — with no harm to the sensitive skin or to function.
Can laser be done on the scrotum and the penis?
Yes — completely safely, and it is already included in the full 360° treatment. Anyone who wants only the scrotum (‘balls’) and the base of the shaft can have that for 250 ₪, which is the clinic’s minimum order. All of it gently and with no effect on fertility.
Can laser on the intimate area affect fertility?
No. In no way. The laser acts only on the hair follicles in the outer skin layer, and does not penetrate to the testicles, to sperm, to hormones or to the reproductive system.
Is laser on the intimate area permitted for religious and observant men?
Many of our clients are traditional and observant. The treatment is done in a private room and in complete discretion, and a male therapist can be arranged in advance. Laser hair removal for men does not in itself involve any halachic prohibition — but for any personal question it is right to consult a rabbi.
How many treatments are needed?
In most cases 9–18 treatments, and the change is felt from the very first one. In the groin, pubic area, buttocks and perianal area a clear drop in growth shows from the start.
How long does the treatment take?
A full 360° treatment takes about 30 minutes: groin and pubic area about 9 minutes, buttocks and perianal about 12 minutes, scrotum and the base of the shaft about 9 minutes.
Do I need to shave before the treatment?
Yes — it is best to shave only the hair being treated.
